That's it? No more? Only now I realised how much I missed Kurapika, he hasn't changed a bit! Although I wasn't satisfied because some characters were completely ignored, I must admit, this was a fabulous start for an extraordinary arc. Well, that is of course, if Togashi gets better and continue this series. All hunter x hunter fans are probably praying for that. This volume contained too much talking once again. Nevertheless, it was wonderful. I hadn't realised just how much I missed Kurapika until this volume, and I'm glad we got to see lot's of him. Although I miss Gon and Killua (after all, they have always been majorly present in all the past arcs), I'm glad that the other characters are getting their spotlight, in this way we can learn more about the characters and watch them develop more.

So this is mostly set-up for two upcoming major plots; the exploration of the 'Dark Continent', and the succession trials for a new king of Kakin. But there's also the beginning to a rather intriguing side-plot.. Kurapika potentially being able to retrieve more of his family's eyes, and trying to manipulate the situation for the best chance at that.

The quality of Hunter X Hunter is still top notch, except it's left the action and adventure in the dust. I'm not too intrigued from all the things of interest that are going on. Really it's just that the dialogue is becoming cumbersome. Way too much of it.
Now after reading the summary for the next volume..Screw this! I'm already movin!

kurapika I missed you
This is clearly a set-up volume, but that's perfectly fine. Barring any typical HxH twists, it seems like we're building towards some straight up gang warfare on a giant ship. Which itself might just be a prelude to an even bigger bloodbath on the dark continent.
Highlights: The art is now at an all time high. It seems to have gone digital here, but that's just my guess. I love having Leorio and Kurapika in the spotlight again.

With the start of the dark continent arc, so many new characters with new abilities and plotlines were introduced, it had my head spinning. It took more than a few pages to wrap my head around what was going on with it being so politics-heavy.
Despite my confusion I really enjoyed it. It was great to see Kurapika again after him being absent from the story for so long. He's such a compelling character and I'm glad he'll be in the forefront this time.

Killua decided to protect her brother/sister and starts traveling for awhile.
The world of Hunter x Hunter as we know it change after the revelation of Dark Continent and now the story is setting its next course.
This volume is pack with details and possibly the most multiple reread I ever did on a manga.

This volume had a lot of talking and part of me wanted to drop it entirely and read something else but I chose to continue anyway because I really like this series. I think I'm seriously in love with Togashi's work!
Reading the Manga without watching it as an anime is a whole different experience. Togashi has started a new arc and added many characters it is a bit hard to read and relate, but it was really enjoyable.
This man's brain is out of this world, his art might not be described as 'pretty' and he doesn't focus on the characters looks compared to other manga artists, but his talent it drawing is magnificent specially when it comes to details and backg..more
The dark continent seems interesting, I just wish they would get there already. Way too much talking and going over information about everyone's plans and motivations. I wish there was an anime version of this arc..

Finally an interesting plot with characters I like! I hope the Dark Continent is as intense as it is hyped up to be. I am glad Gon is not in it thus far. If only Killua was going, especially because of the revelation about Nanika.

それ以外この巻は全く分からなかった。。。なぜジンがお金出せる？理由分かんない。何カ企んでいるけど、その「何か」は知らない。その理由が説明されたけど。。。分からなかった。
この巻の言葉が多かった。大体分からない部分が多かった。親口座、子口座、孫口座、はいったいどういう意味？何でそこまで説明したの？そこまで話にとって大切の？なんで？！？！

If I’m completely honest that was all set to be a 2 star rating up until the last two chapters. I’m not hugely into the dark continent arc and it’s hard to stay invested without my favourite characters but I’m really looking forward to the next volume, from what I know of it.

I'm not in a good place rn. Why did I do this.
Also, this volume gets a lower rating than the others because a) there's no continuation in sight, b) there was a crap-ton of overly complex info dumping, and c) I hardly understood any of it. Plus, there was too little of what I REALLY cared about. (e.g. KURAPIKAAA and Gon.) I just want them to get to the dark continent, okay? None of this filler beforehand. Not like it matters now anyway -sigh-

I seriously miss Gon and Killua on this one. But it's so great to have a bit of Ging. And seeing the comeback of Kurapika.

So I was wondering if there is a way to legally download manga to a PC?

As mentioned by one of the commenters, you're going to just have to go and buy digital versions if you want to read it offline on your PC legally.

I took a look at Viz Media's Hunter x Hunter web page and found the places where they sell the manga digitally. Of the four sources listed, I found that Amazon and Nook sell Hunter x Hunter at the cheapest price of $4.49 per tankobon volume. Amazon has an actual desktop application for both Windows and Macs, while Nook only has a Windows store application, so I think Amazon might be the better way to go if you do not have Windows 8, 8.1, or 10.
